how can create rain drop upon  a picture ?

step 1 :open adobe photoshop . open a picture where you create rain drop.

step 2:take a layer.select brush tool -brush 19 px. hardness 100%.

step 3:select fourground color black and click picture .

step4:go to layer menu.layer style-blending option-fill opasity 3.

 step 5;drop shadow -opasity 100%.depth 1 ,spread0 size1. contour gaussion.

step 6:inner shadow-  blend mode-color burn , opasity 43% ,depth 5 ,size 10.

 step 7:inner glow -blend mode-overly ,opasity 30%, color black

step 8:bevel and  emboss  -technique-chisel hard.

depth 250%,size 16 %,soften 10%,angle 90,

hilight mode -screen,shadow mode -color dodge -white,opasity-38%,.

now raindrop will be seen in prevew  and picture.
