how  can create  wall paper :

step 1:first go to adobe Photoshop .then take a file (217-217).background contents:transparent .

step 2: now select marquee tool from menu bar.

step 3:draw a circle.fill it with black color.

step4:go to layer -layer style-blending option.and opacity 50.

Step 5:stroke  size 7.

step 6:now we use it as a brush. 

step 7:go to edit  menu bar and select define brush.give a name (new circle).

we find it as a new brush.

step 8:take a file(1024-768).fill it black color.

step9:take a layer.define brush tool (300).brush average color.opacity 56%.

step 10:take a new layer.d efinecircle brush tool which we made.set shape dynamic,color dynamic,scattering.now brash multi color and average size.opacity 75%.

step 8:take a layer .select brush tool.feather 30.color white.draw a circle.mode-soft lite.layer style -inner glow.
