how can create it?

step 1:go to adobe photoshop.

step 2:take a layer.

Step 3:select custom shape tool.

and select school tool.

then draw a shape in layer 1 as your wish.

step 4:color  :what you like you like.

step 5:select elliptical marquee tool.then draw a circle arround it.

step 6:now select rectangular marquee tool and draw a shape.finish.
