step 2:go to layer - Type --rasterize.

step 3 : select layer by press ctrl T.

step 4: take new layer.go to select-modify contract-contract selection-contract by- 6 pixel.now it is modyfied.fill this layer by color code-52d908.deselect by ctrl.

step 5:Filter -blur -gaution blur -radius 2.0
