how create metal text effect by adobe photoshop?

first open adobe pohotoshop.

step 1 :create a new file.and take a new layer.

step 2:now write your text.select text by press ctrl .

step 3 :go to select menu-save selection.

step 4: deselect and delete layer .

step 5 :go to channel-select alpha 1 .

step 6:go to filter menu -blur- gaussion blur -radius-1.0 .

step 7:now go to layer before channel.and click background .so our file will look white.

step 8:filter -render-lighting effect- select taxture channel alpha 1.

step 9:press ctrl A.press together ctrl ,shift,J for give layer seperate.

go to select -load selection -channel alpha 1. 

again select -expand selection-3

select inverse.

press delete from keyboard.
