create exploding text effect:

step 1 :go to file menu.take a new file.size-width 800,hight -600.background contents white.

step 2 :take a  layer and write your text .

step 3 :select  move tool and press ctrl T for resize  your text.

step 4:now go to layer- Rasterize -type select.

step 5:take a duplicate layer.

step 6 :go to edit menu -contents 

use  -white ,mode -multiply,opacity -100%-OK.

step 6:now go to filter menu-Blur -Gaussion Blur-

radius 2.0

step 7:again filter -distroit-polarcoordinates

polar to rectangular

Image -rotate canvas-90-ccw

Filter-stylize -wind-method-wind select.

Diretion from the write select.

step 8 :now press control F from keyboard for give same Filter.

step 9:now go to Image menu-Adjustments - invert-

step 10 :Filter-stylize-wind select.method wind,direction-from the right.

step 11:same step 8.

step 12:Image-rotate canvas-90 ccw.

step 13:Filter -distroit-polor coordinates.

select rectangular to polor.

layer -hard light

step 14:Image- Adjustment -hue/saturation,select colorize chek box.

hue:32, saturation 90.Ok
